The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This is the description Item 1: sofa Dimensions: L: 7 ft 0 in. W: 2 ft 7 in. H: 2 ft 10 in. Weight: 60 lbs
The person who was holding it & desperately wanted it gone,and begged us to please take it, both laughed as the only correct thing correct was that it was a sofa. It was 9'(nine feet long),weighed 160 lbs. We did offer to store it (for free) and pick up at a later date. As for the delay - sorry as we explained we were hit by Hurricane Sandy. Sorry can't control mother nature.

I had booked another mover to deliver a sofa from Los Angeles to New Jersey and they were unprofessional in every way. When they were unable to complete the move without adding two more weeks and charging more money, PennAntique responded within one hour of confirmation, picked up the sofa within 24 hours, and had it here EXACTLY by the time they promised. The other guys should take a big lesson because this is how a company should run!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper delayed pick up for two weeks and then was unable to fit the sofa in their truck. Wanted to charge me storage fees for two weeks until they were able to make another pick up in LA.
