A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved DUE TO THE EQUIPMENT BEING MEDICAL BASED, THE PRACTITIONER AT THE COLLECTION END CAN ONLY ATTEND CERTAIN DAYS WHICH DOESN'T FIT WITH THE SCHEDULE OF THE PICK UP. THE PICKUP ALSO STATED COLLECTION WOULD BE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE BOOKING WHICH HAS NOT BEEN THE CASE. MANY THANKS LAWRENCE
