Overall a good experience. Two issues for future bookings. The driver was assigned and that same day, I was expected to coordinate the pickup. My impression was that there would be a few days between when the driver was assigned and actual pickup. On delivery the driver was not aware that this was through uShip. Instead he wanted COD and we spent about 30 minutes working with the dispatch to get them to accept the uShip code.

What a run-around avoided. I have done several shipments on uShip and each and everyone (with the exception of Oro) have just been late pickups, later arrivals, excuses, lies and story telling. These two people are great. If 100% of the other shippers I have dealt with could learn from these two uShip would be a much better market place. Great communications, prompt, on time and extreme care taken in everything they did.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper missed several pickups and the end date for final pickup. After several communications, promises by the shipper and scheduled pickups, the shipment still has yet to be fulfilled.

Outstanding Shipper: At my request Jay came to the house a week prior to do an equipment check. He was on time to pickup the trailer and delivered it safe and sound. Jay called when he said he would and delivered as he promised. Jay was not the cheapest bid but you get what you pay for and his professionalism and references are command the price. Highly recommended for a painless transport.
