Exceptional service. Michael communicated clearly and often. I felt at ease in his management of my shipment. Trailer issues on the road were communicated and address efficiently and effectively. Michael provided realtime tracking and updates throughout. Delivery was timely and on schedule. His demeanor was friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Joseph made zero effort to communicate and only responded to emails on occasion and did not answer specific questions. He agreed to pick up on a date and once I agreed to his bid he went radio silent. I awarded this bid two months in advance and he said he would reach out once we got closer to the date, he never did. After emailing him several times to confirm the week of pickup he advised that he would not pick up until a week after. That date came and went and he is now three days past pickup

Driver was very professional accommodating and punctual. He responded to txt and a phone call without delay and delivered on time as promised. The dispatcher called to update me several times. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing vehicle shipping services.
