Neutral? The boat was damaged by the metal straps you started towing it with, it's your job as the shipper to make sure it won't be damaged. You were hired by me to make sure it was ready to tow. You disappeared for a couple days out of communication before and then again during the shipment, stating truck problems and then admitted you ran out of gas money and had to beg for money and then get butt hurt when you misinterpret a text you got in error and based on that leave neutral feedback?
