The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I had direct contact with Mr. Charles Russell about shipping this item and confirmed it. I also paid for this shipment in advance. He waited to pick it up till the last minute, and then ended up having a local tower take it to their yard, and store it under his name. He left it there, and never came to pick it up, and it has been gaining storage charges every day since then to the tune of close to 2000 dollars. He filed for bankruptcy, and that is not even the worst part. He told me it was
