The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Central came day one to pick up. Unfortunately the gal who gets the email with the bill of lading was out sick. No one on either side (pick up location or driver) contacted me for bill of lading.
No one from Central will provide a new pick up date.
I need to reschedule so please can and refund my money for I can reschedule.
