I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I did not cancel the shipment the shipper did.
I did not receive any information via email, phone call or reason for the cancellation.
I need a full refund.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I accepted the bid based on the email sent with pick up date and delivery.
No one contacted me on the day of pick up.
I contacted Katie at Kytte's and promised to get back to me explaining that she is trying to reach the driver. Another day passed and she still trying to reach the driver. A week passed since booking, and I am not sure I can arrange for the motorcycle to make it to vegas on time for my trip. I am disapointed that they put on a bid and a week passed and they cancelled after.

David, was great to work with.
The motorcycle was well secure and properly covered. David called and emailed many times for update when pick up, en route and 30 minutes before delivery.
