The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We were trying to get in touch with the client when we booked but the line was not working we send some messages Today finally we got an answer , Stepehn called us back but unfortunately he told me he booked the load with someone else and he understood and he was agreed that sometimes he has issues with the line because is not a Cellphone physical number, we explained everything and he wants to change the feedback he left.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Poor communication to provide me with any updates about when equipment can be picked up and delivered.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I could not reach the shipper by phone. The shipper would not reply to my email seeking update about shipment. No communication from the shipper to me to explain why the shipment could not be delivered on the specified date. Up to now I have not received any communication from the shipper. I need to relist the item for new quotes as soon as possible.
