Great communication, everything as promised. Motorcycle was treated like royalty!
Kym and Eric stayed in touch and kept me appriased throughout the process. The bike was delivered EXACTLY on time, within the window they communicated.
Their equipment is high quality with all the right straps and belts so you do not get any type of rash on the bike's paint job.
In short: A++++

Called in promptly, showed up promptly, communicated very well throughout.
Had a spacious closed trailer and pro-strap down gear in truck.
Also did very well in ensuring no markings on the bikes (mine and others').
Great to do business with and they have 500 positive FB for a good reason.

Tom was great in keeping me updated due to delays caused by severe winter storms.
He also was very courteous in actually hosing the dirt of the bike after the 2000+ mile haul. Item arrived as I bought it and no complaints.
Hard working good guy! Use him when you can for your hauling needs.

ROPEADEAL was superfast with delivery.
Communication was sometimes a little tricky as they stated they had not received the emails that I had sent and showed up a whole day earlier than discussed which caused me to have to stay out of work in the AM to get his money.
All in all it was a good experience but you have to work on communication with them. They do deliver fast and furious!
