The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time

Avoid this shipper. This company is a middle man that bids on your shipment and then tries to find a driver to fulfil the delivery. I waited for 3 weeks for that to happen and finally had to cancel the shipment. Communications were always initiated by me and his responses were vague. He did offer to comp me any storage fees I would incur but after 3 weeks of waiting I couldn't risk it. In the end, he never paid my storage fees and never fulfilled the shipment. He cost me money.

After promptly paying deposit through Uship I gave the broker his requested 5-day window for pickup that was three weeks ago and I am still waiting for pickup. Broker is not very forthcoming with information and communication is always initiated by me. I asked Broker several times for updates and was told they would pick up vehicle by date requested and just never showed up. Also, he promised to comp me any storage fees that I would be charged as a result of them missing pick up window. We'll se

Working with Kyle was the best Uship experience I've ever had. Kyle was a pro throughout the entire shipping process, from bidding to delivery. He delivered my car right on time - even in the middle of a raging snowstorm. He cares for the load that he's hauling, keeps constant communication with you and sees delivery right through to the end. Great guy. Would definitely hire 3Khauling again. Thanks Kyle.

Service provider delivered item as promised, but was tough to reach on cell phone during transit. Communication was not the best and he didn't arrange for payment for shipping service with me BEFORE picking up item. I had to scramble to arrange payment for shipping and suffered a large transaction fee because of it. Overall: Good shipper, mediocre communications

Payment for shipping was to be made at the time of delivery in cash. That was stated before taking the shipment. I phoned 5 times during transit and the customer had voice mail only for over 8 hours. He didn't answer phone all day. When he turned his phone on I had arrived at a UPS warehouse he specified. They knew nothing about it in advance. When he could not pay for shipping, they charged him $25 to write a check and pay me. That is the fee he is talking about. All was done right as bid.
