The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very poor communication. I sent several emails with pickup details and hours that the auction house would be open. I asked for confirmation but never received a response. I had to reach out to uShip support to intervene. First communication I received was a text four days after the agreed upon shipping window had closed to say they were about to pick up. Had to follow up that evening, only to find out they never even picked up the shipment.
