A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The dates that I selected to pick up is too soon and I cannot accommodate this shipment unless the pick up date can be changed to be a week later.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it couple small issues with the tires and lights, we both agreed to cancel and look at starting over,Casey was easy to work with, no issues with her, thanks Dave

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I dispatched a truck to go pick up at 7 AM as directed. Upon arrival there was no one to unlock the gate we finally were able to attain entry at 8:30 AM. We began our road ready inspection and noticed the tires had Weather cracks and many of the lights did not work.
Since the trailer is not legal and needs lights also the tires were supposed to be in good condition according to the comments we will not be able to handle this transport legally.
