We had a good experience with Casey. Unfortunately circumstances beyond anybodies control, Casey had to cancel. There was a problem with locating her shipment. [ Mexican Grill trailer. We worked with her for several days to see if she could locate it. We had great communication with her and she always kept us informed. When she said that she is going to have to cancel her listing, we told her that when she locates the trailer, we would love to transport it for her and we parted in great terms

So what to say, where to start. Trailer was extremely over the listed weight for one. Then the customer ask me to move to pick up another trailer and move a 3rd. On top of which one of the Customer's trailer ended up getting flat and in the process, damaged the axle and leaf springs. I not only paid for all needed materials for the repair, i also fixed it on the side of the road on a 2 land highway. The customer made her best attempt to not pay me for the repairs or the moving of other trailer.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After booking the customer couldn't accept delivery on the date I specified when I accepted the offer. I tried to reschedule but had mechanical issues with our truck and will not be able to do it on the date they need it shipped
