The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper did not show up when he was suppose to, never got a call or text or any info from shipper, after calling and texting for 3 days straight the shipper said his truck broke down. Even if that was true still no communication. He said he would contact me Friday the 17th. and never did tried calling 7 times and texting 3 text messages and 0 response. I am a Chevrolet dealer and have never seen such poor business as done by this company, absolute 0 communication.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time There is 0 contact from the shipper. I spoke 1 time to him after 10+ calls email and text messages 2 days before he was to pickup the boat, he than guaranteed me he would be on time and get the boat to me the time that we discussed. The day of pickup and the following day which was the delivery day I called 20+ times emailed several and sent 10+ text messages. Which I got 0 response, until I has to threaten to call the police for theft, than he finally sent me a text telling me my boat was still

Chris. Stop lying. There is a Major ice storm and I do not pull $20,000 boats through ICE STORM TITAN. That's what the weather channel is calling it. I'm not putting your property at risk because you want your boat before you go on vacation. If you would sit back and think this through you would realize that I'm correct in my decision. Your lucky you booked with us because INEXPERIENCED shipper would have picked up and probably wrecked your beautiful boat. The weather is calling for 3/4" ice!
