The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Item is much heavier than presented in the listing. I can not accommodate.

First of all the shipper was a day and half late and did not understand the load even with pictures and description We listed item the per the manufacture listed weight
the shipper had the wrong equipment and was not prepared to move the equipment

then request extra money for the decribed load, when you refuse they just cancel it

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment After talking to the shipper we decided that my equipment was not suited to haul the load safely.

the shipper had good communication and had to accept the in order to discuss the load with us We agreed that this load was not for this shipper
Great communication we would use this shipper if the load fits their ability

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services service provider took this load with a clear description failed to respond a couple of times then suggested that they need to provide what the load decription described, when I was unwilling to offer extra money they canceled as they cannot move this type of load
