These guys have been the most difficult shippers I've dealt with my entire Uship career. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that were busy trying to organize their new little company. But it took them a little while to get truly get organized. it was just not smooth at all. Unclear communication, late payment release, dodging responsibility when confronted. It really was not a good experience. Sorry guys. I was disappointed. Hope they get it right for future carriers.
