The shipper was responsive until delivery. Then it took all day to get the payment released. We had a problem with our trailer and was not able to do the shipment on our own. Shipper was given the option to cancel, shipper still wanted to move forward. I let him know I had to broker the deal out to another carrier in order to fulfill my commitment to the shipper. Car was picked up and delivered to the customer with no damage and on time. Shipper not flexible.

Not able to complete the commitment to ship my vehicle so a unknow shipper was hired to pick up and deliver my vehicle with my having no input or knowledge of the substituted shipper. This after a very direct conversation with the shipper about my desire to not have my shipment handled with my contracted shipping vendor. I got a Russian Speaking person show up with no notice in advance what so ever.

I cant say enough good things about Luciano and Foothills Express. My motorcycle shipment was absolutely excellent in every way! I got updates 2x daily and my bike was delivered ahead of schedule!! I will use again for sure!!
