Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Made 2 attempts at pick-up, 1st attempt called 24 hrs before planned arival, no answer, left message, seller did not respond at all, 2nd attempt seller called me back 3hrs after I had passed the area. We cant keep wasting time and fuel trying to pick this up.. Thx and Goodluck with shipment!! R&D

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Provider stated in quote that he would be able to pick-up shed 1 day after booking and deliver, talked to shipper today and was told that his flat bed equipment needed to be welded and he is not sure when he can pick-up and deliver my shed.One of this shippers phone # is disconnected.I asked shipper to cancel then he promised to pick-up and deliver 1-11-10, i ask him to e-mail me this info,instead he push shipment completed.

This shipper is a man of his word,his delivery service of my kawasaki 3 wheeler was right on time as proposed,his communication is very good, delivered 3 wheeler with no damage.

I was unable to pick-up because I was unable to get in contact with seller to arrange pick-up, made multible attempts but seller never would answer calls or respond to voice mails...no problem with shipper, seller was the one with no communication.. Thx R&D
