Driver forgot to pick up check, so customer had to pay for the items at her end. We tried to PAYPAL the money, refused to accept it. Overall, the items arrived safely, but communication was poor and they refused to take anything other than cash. Obv they have been burned in the past, it was a shame that we had to suffer for other's issues.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We have called and emailed this provider and have yet to get back to us. Not sure what is going on, but we need to get this shipped and the customer is not happy.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper had already left area. Cell phone and email problems on my part,and he was already 45 minutes away and could not get turned around in time for this shipment. It is okay.
