Bella was over all not bad just slightly aggressive at times.It didn't bother me.And she got home with no problems.Her new owners Im sure will address that issue and in time it wont be an issue.Very nice people and glad that Bella got such a nice family to be with.Thanx

Hi Fara, Just wanted to thank you for being so patient with Belle as she was aggressive at times, which we learned is out of fear. She has come such a long way and has been such a great girl. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We could not pickup on the date due to military duty for my son. Tried to reschedule within pickup and delivery dates, but customer would rather have the dog delivered as quickly as possible.

Luis & Liz did a great job bringing our English Bulldog Genre to us! They had great communication for the duration of the trip and even sent photos of our puppy! Our puppy was delivered in great condition..she was clean, happy, and well cared for. It is evident that they truly care about the animals they transport. I would recommend JRB express to anyone who needs a pet shipped and wants them to have the best care-Jenn

Paul did a great job transporting our English bulldog pup. He was able to meet the time frame that worked for us and was very quick to get our little girl to us. Upon arrival, it was clear that Kimber was very well taken care of (she was clean, healthy, and happy). Would definitely recommend Paul to anyone needing their pet shipped. Also, great communication throughout

Kris did a great job in transporting our English Bulldog. She provided great care and attention to our dog. Our dog arrived on schedule and in great condition. Kris stayed in contact with us throughout the entire trip and even check in with us afterward to see how Jassy is doing. Overall we had a great experience with Kris and would most definitely use her again. Also, we highly recommend her.

We had a great experience with Fara transporting our new dog! Fara was very good with Belle and was patient as Belle displayed some aggression in the beginning. Fara kept us updated during their trip and offered suggestions and ideas in transitioning our dog into her new home! Overall, we had a great experience!
