The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The trailer weight was 3000 pounds over what was listed and cannot be towed by my vehicle safely. No big deal just a oversight.

Reggie is a true PROFESSIONAL and one of the RARE shippers that can handle not only very fragile delicate items but also cross country shipments. I had a heavy framed very delicate antique painting from a auction house. Reggie packed it very carefully, delivered flawlessly and fast. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would definitely use them again-ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled This guy jerked me around for three weeks. Excuse after excuse. I confirmed with the auction house the measurements are absolutely accurate-the cancellation reason was just another poor EXCUSE.

My shipment wasn't large or heavy-but delicate antique porcelain. There are some things you know no matter how well packed WILL break if UPS or FedEx handles them-this was such a shipment. I could not believe how WELL my items were taken care of. They were picked up from an auction house on Long Island and had no wrapping. This shipper very carefully wrapped and boxed my items so they would be safe in transit. Then he got them to me flawlessly and early. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shipper-AWESOME!
