Randall did a great job with our shipment of a SUV from the Los Angeles area to Austin, TX. He made an appointment for pickup and was on time, even navigating his trailer down a cul-de-sac. He estimated delivery time nearly spot-on, so we could prepare to receive our vehicle. His 5-star ratings are well deserved. He was also low bidder on UShip. Thanks, Randall

Louis did a great job moving a heavy piano from CA to TX. Good communication and execution. Easy to track progress on the map, as truck had GPS tracking. Forgot to leave feedback earlier and just noticed.

John did a great job for us. His communication is outstanding, and he was on time both for pickup and delivery. All items were carefully wrapped in clean pads (right out of the plastic) and delivered in good shape. Thanks, John!

Montway did a good job assigning a carrier based only a few miles from our house. Instead of organizing a pickup on our very narrow street, we were able to drop the car at their office, which was easy. Delivery had to be at a storage facility during business hours, and the driver was able to accomodate that. The storage facility received our vehicle, and we picked it up a few weeks later. All in all, a fine experience.

We shipped from a suburb of Los Angeles to Austin, TX. Overall it went fine. Frank's communicated well and told us what to expect accurately. The carrier was Gemmell Transport, a nice family business. It was only 3 days from pickup to delivery - faster than promised. The car arrived in fine condition. While overall a good rating, if I need to ship a car again, I would be much more specific in arranging the locations for pickup and delivery. Delivery was too far away, which was annoying
