I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Hello Todd, we drove for 200 miles until we got to the pickup address, we booked with Erik since the beginning of the week and yesterday we gave an estimated pickup time this morning between 8-10am, as he had requested. We arrived today 9:30am, and he wasn't. We waited for his wife to arrive and when she arrived she informed us that the truck did not run on and that we would have to push up the trailer, which is impossible due to the steep ramp and the weight of the truck. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Both the seller and the shipper were unhappy with one another, I don’t know who is right or wrong.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time On December 29th he told me he was 5 hours out for pick-up on the 30th. Then I emailed him to let him know he could pick up that night if the driver wanted or the next day. He responded that the he thought the driver already reached me and if we could reschedule. Ive reached out two other times the first time Alex said he was working on a new driver and this time he didn't respond. Its not a big deal, I would just like to hire another driver at this point.
