Rehum is nice, capable, and definitely focused on the shipping??. However, he could be better about staying in contact with the client.

Ken & Sandy are very pleasant to deal with. They are very professional, and communicate throughout the process. My washer was picked up and delivered without any incidence, and arrived safely. Ken even helped to bring it into the basement.
I would definitely use their service, if I need to ship from the St. Louis Area again. I highly recommend them, for your shipping needs.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The Service Provider had accepted my bid on April 12, 2016, and I have only heard once from him, upon
acceptance. He said he, or his son, would be contacting me as soon as he straightened out problems getting paid by Uship, for other services. I sent him several emails, requesting that he let me know when he wanted to schedule the move, and eventually sent emails inquiring if he still wanted to provide the service. None of my emails have been responded to, from him. I called the phone number

Mulderman is AWESOME. Very good communication, clear & easy to deal with. Informs/Confirms pick up date/location, and advises ETA. He actually came in earlier than expected.
Very Professional/Thorough. Takes great care of items. Wrapped & protected Very Well.
On another note, I saw he also had several puppies on board, for delivery. All were Happy & Well Taken care of. Something to definitely keep in mind.
I would Definitely use Mulderman again!!
