The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider is unable to deliver this item because he works by himself and needs assistance both ends to load and unload. He made no mention of this in his bid. I am disabled so cannot help and the person receiving the item is not strong enough to assist.
Two weeks have been wasted. I am not happy.

Unfortunately I was unable to complete this shipment for exactly the reason described. I do usually ask the question, is there help to load and unload. Sorry we couldn't complete the job. Kev.
