Good communication, answered all my questions promptly, and was willing to arrange shipment for a box inadvertently left out out of the crate (shipped through FedEx with Ernest as 3rd party). Fortunately not necessary, but great that he would have taken care of it. (FedEx unloading downhill on my street was scary since somewhere along the line the crated press was placed on an unsecured pallet; don't know why - perhaps our crate wasn't a standard size.) Delivery was sucessfully completed, though
