This shipment started off ruff had to deal with a distraught woman.IT WAS OFFAL ! But over came it with the help an awesome customer named Glenn p. He was supper . nice through the whole shipment. I would due business for him with a smile on my face any time. THANKS GLENN CALL ME ANY TIME. Paid in full on time as promised.

THE VERY VERY WORST WHEN IT COMES TO TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATION. ACTUALLY STOLE MY SUB ZERO REFRIGERATOR OVER A YEAR AGO AND I NEVER SAW IT AGAIN! WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This is the single worst experience I have ever had. The mover had no reguard for the shippers schedule or situation. Would not answer phone. Lets me know just hours before pick up he can't do it that day. Reschedules for the next day and doesn't show up or call or anything for that matter. I wouldn't reccomend this guy to my worst enemy.

Hello, This was an unbelievable shipment. Eric had to move a 700 pound monster sub zero Refrigerator in less than 24 hrs to Buffalo from Pittsburg. This item was in the hands of a "crazy" person who was being foreclosed on any day. He not only made pick up & delivery in 5 hrs. He got it up three flights of stairs. What made this even more amazing is that Eric and his girlfriend handled a very "crazy" and difficult seller like pros. HATS OFF, 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THIS PERFORMANCE!!!!
