A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Was told that the shipment would be ready on 9/7, however, the auction house said it wouldn't be available until later today or tomorrow. Because of this delay I will not be able to accommodate the load.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Trailer was marked towable, but after arriving there were two issues, that combined, make the trailer not safe tow. The trailer is partially full of dried concrete, making it heavy. This by itself would have been ok, however the back axle is severely bent. I do not think the customer knew about this though. The only way to tow this would be to take off the rear tires, however doing that makes the trailer way to back heavy to haul. Trailer needs to be but on a flatbed, not towed. We wish this cou

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer stated that there was a spare tire for the trailer and when I arrived at the pick up location there was no spare tire, the trailer tire was completely flat, there was only one chain for the trailer and the trailer was not paid for at the location it was at. The amount owed as the purchase price and the storage fees.
