Gene did a great job. I would highly recommend him. He kept me up to date, delivered the backhoe with no problems and assisted me, taking it off the trailer. Did an excellent and was very professional.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I talked to the service provider once on the phone and he agreed to the pick up dates. When it came time to picking up the equipment he never responded. I called him several times never returned calls and did not pick up the merchandise.
