I was amazed and appreciative of all the communications from Derek. Coordinated pickup, called one hour out from pick-up, confirmed pick-up and called one hour out from delivery. He checked my boat, tires and greased the bearings for me. Excellent job! Truly a positive experience.

He contacted me prior to picking my boat up to coordinate the pickup up times. He called one hour out from picking the boat up. He inspected the boat for me, put grease in the wheel bearing, top off the air in the tires and then called me when he started he trip. He called an hour prior to delivery.
