The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer originally declared item could be driven, and accepted my vid for drive away service. After communication after he accepted my bid, he determined that he would rather the vehicle be towed and not driven. I contacted him and let him know that due to the size of the vehicle, I was not able to tow it. I understood he's reasoning, and explained that I would have to cancel my bid accordingly.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider asked if the truck could be driven and I said it was a possibility but would rather it be towed for the following reasons.
a. It does not have insurance.
b. It is not DOT ready
c. The plate is not current.
Based on these reasons, it would be cheaper for it to be towed than driven.I did not agree for the truck to be driven but rather it being towed.
