Thank you Freight Direct. I loved how you kept in communication with me regarding traveling time and road conditions that impacted the delivery time. You did everything you promised. My shipment was complete, intact and as good as I would have done it myself. Thank you for your service. I will need another shipment like this one from Louisville to Chicago sometime before summer and I hope I can get you again.

LDMI completed my shipment as planned. Everything arrived from California to Kentucky in less than 7 days. All was delivered exactly as it was when it was picked up on pallets. My only disappointment was how they communicated. They were slow to confirm my bid because of a weekend holiday. I could not get a response by email nor was I able to leave a voicemail. I stressed over not knowing if I would get a pick-up on Tuesday, as I had to fly back home the next day. They came through like a hero.
