The driver was awesome. The broker sucked. Incorrect information, zero communication and clearly didnt care. DON’T USE THIS BROKER YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Although he and I had extensive dialogue about the shipment, he just up and bailed on me. I would not use him or anyone with zero ratings in the future. I do not think he is legitimate. Uship should do a better job of vetting drivers.
