We never scheduled your shipment for the week of 12/20. Do you have any original email or paperwork stating as such? Per our email conversation on 12/16, you requested the rescheduling on our next trip up which is 01/05. We do not need to touch base with you this far ahead of pick-up time. This cancellation has also wasted our time and labor since we have already scheduled your shipment as you requested. It's not our fault unless you can prove otherwise. Please state the truth. Thanks,

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider reported a scheduling conflict but informed me via e-mail that they would be able to haul during the week of 12/20. No one contacted me, so I decided to reach out to the company. The company then informed me that they do not deliver on holiday weekends. This situation was extremely unprofessional and they wasted my time. I could have scheduled another delivery service if they were transparent and better communicators. Not pleased at all.

Anna provided the best shipping experience to date. I have used UShip before but never had such pleasant service. Anna is a fantastic communicator. She was ready for the job and had logistics executed flawlessly. Any shipper MUST contract this company with confidence. It is hard to find people with courtesy and compassion in this field. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The vendor had 36 hours to reply to a few questions and was unable to communicate in a timely manner. I wish to contract another vendor. I will not work with an unresponsive vendor.
