The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I went there to pick it up and the quote was for 125 pounds and it wasn't 125 pounds it weigh about 500 pounds, and when I talked to the people at the place of business they told me it took 4 people to left it up and put it in the building...The ad was wrong...

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment EB refused to pick up item though loading assistance was available at pick-up location. They refused to work cooperatively with auction house. They used abusive and threatening language at pick-up site. This shipper should be removed from site.
