Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This customer was fine at first, but then I never received a contract back from them. They insisted on setting up an appointment, but they never returned the contract. I returned all of their phone calls, and emails, but I cannot pick up anything without a contract, and a credit card deposit. I have to protect myself, I have been burned by other U-shippers. I wish this customer the best! I would have done a great job, but I must have a contract to pick up anything.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After communicating with the provider I am not comfortable giving my credit card information to her. She is very "flaky", unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive. She is very hard to get a hold of and when she calls back she always has an excuse why she has not called you for the past two days. I have begged her to get my item shipped. She has guaranteed pick up on two different occasions and the driver never called or showed up. Both times I have had people waiting for the driver the whole

Yes, I could not and will not schedule a pick up, without a contract, I have been burned by U-shippers who did not want to pay. To protect myself and my customer, I needed to have a contract before I picked up.
