it was a very nice and easy shipper to work with on both PU/DEL locations easy to find and even offered to meet me closer to hwy to bring me to house/del location and paid as agreed in Cash thanks so much scott (OK. 2 MA) $700.00

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Trailer was not properly equiped with lights for legal transport. Pickup point was not available for assistance and said he did not care, he had his money..

This was unfortunate for everyone. The seller said he had everything in order and ready to go. This turned out to be FALSE. The shipper, was unfortunately greeted by this misrepresenting and uncooperative seller, and felt his only option was to head back home without my shipment. I believe the shipper could have done more, so this could have worked out for all of us, but I wasn't there and can only speculate. I still have not got my shipment at this time, and hope I can learn from this and

Elizabeth is a top notch transporter who is willing to go the extra mile for her customer. Literally! She got me out of a huge jamb and was flexable enough to help me out on the fly. Literally! This experience was top notch. Chester is timely, fair and showed huge experience with moving heavy loads. I learned a thing or two just watching him menuever my trailer off of his trailer. He is always on the other end of the phone when you call. He keeps you informed and doesn't complain if you want to call him for updates. He is pleasent and curtious. He has brought back my faith in Uship. Thanks Chester and we will do business again shortly.
