A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Billy (W Keenan Transport) arrived at designated pick up location promptly on schedule. He waited for 6.5 hours for shipping customer to arrive with item for pick up. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the shipping customer was unable to meet him.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Several emergencies. First time frame changes happened first at service provider schedule, then we had emergency happened which went to the hard timeframe change and service provider couldn't wait.
