The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Hi I have just sent a long email to member support which explains the reasons for cancellation but basically it is because the customer never rang the collection point about me collecting item but told me they were expecting me. Customer also did not check and lied saying on both ends people will manage to lift item into van. I arrived at collection point but they were closed to customers but working inside. I had to ring them as they were closed they said this customer has arranged so man

The driver did a good job. However, the driver's bidder should be be careful with customer's timing with clear knowledge of his or her journey before assuring the customer of meeting deadline. Will use again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The lone-driver who acts as a company is not responsible. This individual always make issues with uship customers. This is not the first time he will not complete the delivery or shipment of the item he placed a bid on. I told him about letting the pickup end know about his arrival but he never did. He had a job in that area and just turned up without informing them. He also changed the pickup date several times that confused me as to when he is picking the items. He has ripped me off with £20
