I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Customer had us wait in Bristol Virginia 350 miles away pickup. We drove the 350 miles and now handler will not allow us to transport. Now we have to drive another 350 miles back. This is time and money out of our pocket. We will need to be reimbursed for this.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider was not able to accommodate the airline-sized crate for the Doberman’s transport. It was not the service provider’s direct fault, but a matter of miscommunication on the end of the agent releasing the dog. As such, upon arrival, once it became clear that the carrier would not fit in the back of the F-150 pickup, the releasing agent declined to have the dog transported. No services have been rendered.
