Mike did a great job. He communicated very well and let me know the status of his arrival and my shipment at every step. He was pretty conscientious about getting everything packed even going so far as to shrink wrap some delicate items. One table was damaged in transit (water damage from a leak somewhere in his truck), and he didn't hesitate in volunteering to reimburse me for the repair.
I would recommend insisting on shrink wrap for delicate items to keep them from damage.

the water damage came from a box in another shipment,the damage was to a wooden tea server.if it came from my truck it wouldn't have been localized too such a small area,the furniture blanket wasn't even wet.plus i did state i would cover full cost to repair
