A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer put it perfectly, our timelines just don't meet up. Mostly my bad for assuming a specific load type wouldn't be on a strict deadline, but without UShip features to accommodate those situations, not much can be done. I greatly appreciate the customer being understanding of what we drivers have to go through with scheduling and deadlines.

I was two hours away from our scheduled time to pick up the load. The customer then asked me if I would be able to get it to his customer that was still ten hours away. I then responded, by telling him that it would not be feasible, because I still had to pick up some more freight that was five hours away. I told him if I do not get there by five this evening, I will have to wait till Tuesday to pick it up. He got rude, and cost me to sit till Tuesday. I did not make my appointment for five.

Transporter jerked me around for a week, did not show up as promised several times.Even worked with transporter to make the shipping still happen several times throughout the week, finally had to give up, as already lost one shipment because of lack of communication and commitment. wasn't going to loose the second one

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper was unable to pick up the unit at the time we first agreed on. We didn't think it would be an issue, but when he went to pick it up later the insurance company would not release it.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Was under a tight timeline for delivery. Left three voicemails with the driver over 24hrs with no response. Only have 24hrs left till we need the shipment delivered. Driver politely responded to our email 12:44pm today and said he was unable to complete the delivery until the end of the week which would be too late. He said it would be ok to cancel and suggested we could be more specific regarding delivery time needed in the future. Would be helpful if U-Ship had a place to enter time of day n

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time i have been given the run around for almost a week on his arrival, and the day he says hes going to show up he tells me he has to pick up another unit so mine wont be delivered. i have already lost one sale due to this company and am going to loose this one too if i don't find someone else.

Propmt service, no fuss, no muss just got the job done and done quick. Even went so far as to send photos of each item as they were picked up from the multiple locations. Will use him again when possible.
