I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Hello Nick Lydia here coming to say I have had a positive test from covd-19 my kids was sick first now I am, I been talk in with customer and I did let both of them now what is going on, not only did I get sick I have had some problems with my truck had to get bears replaces my truck will not be ready tell Monday or Tuesday

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer never told us that this unit was inoperable, we sent the first driver and couldn't load it because he didn't have a winch and nobody at copart helped him, the backhoe and bucket of this unit were laying down in the ground and the next driver couldn't lift them because the hydraullics had no pressure, we offered a wrecker to load the unit for a small extra fee that we will not going to actually charge, it was going to be the towing company. Now he's blaming us for paying $1500 in sto
