The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipping company, amerautoshipping, did not show up for over five business days. I have just incurred over $140 in storage fees. Communication was impossible because they were not reachable by phone or email.

First time shipping a bike - I hope my future motorcycle shipping experiences are exactly like this one. Bill had awesome communication during the entire shipping process.
