I did not show up at agreed upon date and time i continnually tried to contact theese people with very very slow responses. had no choice but to let the truck go after 27 hours of no response. i was told they would call me back in 20 min. to see if we could get my truck in in the eveing. i get a response 27 hours later looking for my truck. how is that fair to a trucking company????

ETC Logistics provided excellent service. Picked up and delivered when stated. ETC Logistics stayed in touch with us thru the whole process. Very easy to work with, would certainly use again in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Truck was not available at the time/date it was booked. Was asked to pay a higher rate to get the truck at the time it was needed. Kane kept in contact with me, but there just was not a workable solution for either of us.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pickup was scheduled on Wednesday June 16th, after noone showed I called late in the afternoon and was told truck late unloading at another location. Expected truck on Thursday, response was he could load @ 7pm, advised not open that late, be here @ 8AM on Friday. When tried to reach by phone or email, got no response. Even after complaining to USHIP account manager, got no response from trucking company.

i had a truck and waited 27 hours for a response from this company. never got one. had to let go of the truck. this is compleatly their fault. i was told by charlotte that she would be back to me within 20 min. and it was 27 hours before she got back to me.
