shipper did a great job. He was in touch, he dealt with the problems very well. He had a great attitude. Would absolutely use him again.

I never used Charlie for the load which I had to cancel. However, he appeared to be a nice fellow, who I felt good about using at the time.

Randy came through for me. I needed the material moved quickly and at a competitive price. He stayed in in good contact with me. Randy also seemed to respond well to my needs when complications came up for his other load(s).
I would encourage strong clarity about how and when to pay Randy, as we had a hoop to jump through, but my bank came through for him.
Randy seems to be beginning at this point, and reports working on getting his payment streams more fluid.
I would use him again.

Jesse is a nice young man. At the time of this shipment, he seems to be getting started. He did my shipment for the best price and communicated well on pickup.
I think his growing edge is in better communication. He/truck had issues and wasn't able to deliver when he thought he would have. Had this been a time sensitive shipment, things may have gotten hairy.
After all was said and done, he worked with my consignee and was able to do what I needed him to do.
I would use Jesse again.

Picked up fine, delivered fine. Would likely use again. Be clear about payment specifics. This shipper expected certain things about payment, but mentioned them only after I had committed to the load.
