The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Truck was longer than the listing portrayed and our trailer cannot haul it as a result.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment i think his girlfriend booked him into something he clearly could not do. the automatic size / weight readout on your sheet says 17' for this truck. I saw that & was clearly answering all questions with --- 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 automatic with 8' bed & a dead cummins diesel engine. truck is @ 21 feet long with 16' wheelbase --- also trucker needs winch to load.
he has a 14' trailer & called from Mi this morning after telling me he would pick up in pa tonight.
