The actual driver was great. Broker blew their pickup dates 3 business days in a row and then tried charging me more money at delivery than was contracted. They screwed the trucker out of $1000. Poor contact and I had to call them to find out what was going on rather than they kept me updated. Actual driver they contracted was great and very professional.
