Bike was damaged seemingly by a palette that hit the mirror. I believe the shipper is just an agent so to be fair I guess its 'not their fault' . However, they used a major shipper who honored the repair bill and sent me a check, so, I guess it happens and it was resolved to my satisfaction.

My experience with Montway was positive. Fair price and good commmunication. The shipper (which was not Montway) must've had my car on the bottom and some oil or something spilled all over the back of my car.. but that's not Montway's fault, just to be aware this can happen. If my car was newer I'd probably care more : ) It took about a week to go cross country from pick-up, not too bad! For delivery the company was pretty good at communication as well. I'd use Montway again.

Don was a perfect mover. Didn't know what to expect (he had no feedback at the time) but he was an _awesome_ shipper. Took great care of fine leather couches (and then some) from PA all the way to CA for a great price. You can trust him with your items, he takes great care in packing them in the truck (my couches were blanketed and cellophaned!). Thanks Don!!
